Sea Scout Vessel Moorage
Water Way 18, Sea Scout Moorage
The Spirit of Propeller, Inc. has taken over the ownership and management of our dock at Water Way 18, commonly called the "Sea Scout Moorings".
Part of the Washington State Dept. of Natural Resources and Federal EPA requirements include the replacement of the 85 year old, wooden deck, cedar log float and creosote piling structure with a new fiberglass grid deck, encapsulated plastic floatation and steel piling structure.
We plan to begin construction of the $225,000 project this year after all the permitting has been completed. Thus far we have raised over $25,000, which was used primarily for the permitting process and the necessary insurance policies.
Your help in meeting our fundraising goals is greatly appreciated, either by a direct contribution or providing assistance and guidance to our fundraising team.
We ask for your support and contribution in providing the Sea Scouts of the Greater Seattle Area with our new dock.
Please use the donation buttons below or you may send a tax deductible donation to the address below to save the card processing fees and make your contribution even larger.
