YTB Propeller was built in 1953 for the US Army.
She has served Seattle Area Youth since 1985.
With some work, we can keep her going for another 20 years!
The Propeller is due for an ordinary, but necessary, overhaul.
The planned scope of work is valued at $395,000.

Repairs, maintenance, upgrades! - Dry Docking and hull repair, and repainting - Renovation of the Lazarette - painting, preservation, and new ventilation. - Rehab of the peak tank - painting and preservation - Rehab and repair of the bulwarks, cap rail, and lifelines - Main Engine Replacement - GOAL: Complete the work by May of 2027 |
